Safe Inside Safe Outside (SISO) originally formed to empower mental health service users to become valued and active members of their respective communities, ensuring that people feel safe within themselves and their wider community.

SISO is currently part of Advance Emplyment and has received Big Lottery and Strategic Health Funding.

We work to reduce stigma associated with mental health, promote self management, hope and optimism incorporating a ‘whatever works for you philosophy’.

SISO takes a panoramic view of a person’s life and not just a life governed by a mental health diagnoses.
